Santa Monica Pier - All you need to know before you
This Santa Monica Pier is a neat place to visit. Get driving directions Santa Monica Pier. When we arrived, there weren't many people around because the tsunami warning had just ended.
It was pleasant to take a leisurely stroll without too many people on foot. Parking is expensive, so plan accordingly. We parked in a garage across the street for $10. If you're a tourist, it's a good area to visit.
A lively area with plenty of entertainment and exciting local events. Amazing place to wander around at night in particular. Always packed, largely because of the great Pacific Park on the Pier, which has loads of attractions and games to enjoy. Parking is not an issue here because there are plenty of parking spaces nearby. Undoubtedly one of California's busiest nightlife hotspots. Highly advised to see while in Los Angeles.
There are many of wonderful places here to take pictures and hang out with family and friends. We took pleasure in the vistas as we approached the pier area and descended to the actual pier. There are numerous food vendors and shops selling unique products. We enjoyed some delicious funnel cakes and purchased group photos as mementos. You may have a terrific time here day or night.
