Goa International Airport, also known as Dabolim Airport, is the only airport that serves the state of Goa. It is located at 4km from Vasco de Gama (southwest of Panaji) and 29km away from Panaji. According to passenger traffic records, it is the 10th largest airport. The airport served more than 8.36 million in fiscal year 2019–2020. Even though it is a small number, 30-40 people fly daily from Goa International Airport.

Since 2014, Goa International Airport has had an integrated terminal building. This terminal building manages all passenger traffic. It handles both departures and arrivals for domestic and international flights. During peak hours, the airport can hold 2,750 passengers.

Buses: There is an inter-state bus service that connects passengers to Chicalim and Vasco de Gama. It is not recommended for people who are unfamiliar with the area as it can be quite crowded and uncomfortable.

Taxi: Prepaid taxis can be found at Dabolim and Goa Airport. As you exit the Goa Airport Arrivals, you can request a taxi at the prepaid taxi counter. Prices range between 400 and 500INR for a taxi from Panaji to the airport (45 minutes).
