Step 4: After clicking on New Vehicle Registration you will be redirected to the online registration page

After completing all the above mentioned steps the following information will be needed for the further process completion. 

• Owners Information with name, address, contact information and NTN number 

• Transfer details is also mandatory that includes purchaser information or the company name under which the vehicle invoice have been made

• The bank details under which the transaction has been done

• Taxpayer information, that will include vehicle name, manufacturing company detail, model number and vehicle value

Documentation

Documentation process for Islamabad vehicle verification is pretty straight forward as mentioned below:

• Photocopy of your CNIC or any applicant

• An application to the Excise and Taxation officer for registration process of new vehicle

• A proof of purchase is mandatory and it could be in any given format: Sale Invoice, Sale Certificate

• If your vehicle is imported then following details will be mandatory: Bill of Entry, Bill of Lading, old registration book and related documents

• If your vehicle is auctioned then an auction voucher will be required. 

A proof of residence is required; it could be either your electricity bill or sui gas bill. Your allotment letter can also be used as proof of residence.
