Bayside sent four teams to the recent Winterfest in Geelong and all four teams placed first. "Cheerleading is huge. It is really going strong," Bayside spokeswoman Jen Barfoot said. Bayside has two more competitions coming up before November's nationals in Melbourne, an All-Star Battle (aascf nationals) in August and one in September.
