To encourage skilled immigrants, the government has outlined Hong Kong quality migrant admission scheme (QMAS) to lure skilled professionals who can contribute their skills for the betterment of economy. It is a quota-based entrant scheme and does not necessitate qualified applicants to secure a job offer prior to their entry.
