Misuse of such gendered-biased laws often leads to false accusations. A falsely accused man then has to face many obstacles and struggles to defend himself. The false accusations lead to serious and negative consequences on the accused and his family. The impact is on a psychological level as well. The 'man' may lose his belief in the law and be subject to a traumatic experience.
