Nagarhole National Park also known as Rajiv Gandhi National Park is located in Kodagu district and Mysore district of Karnataka. The National Park is blessed with rich wildlife, attractive forest area, picturesque lake, small streams, hills, valleys and waterfalls. This is one of the best wildlife getaways of the State. This is under consideration by the UNESCO World Heritage Committee for selection as a World Heritage Site.
