New iOS 16 Jailbreaks
If you're an iOS 14.8 user and jailbroken, you'll likely want to avoid the upgrade to iOS 16 for the time being. While the latest version offers several new features that are cool however, jailbreaking isn't possible at present. There's no reason to upgrade at this time since jailbreaking won't be a reality in the near future. Keep your jailbroken phone and use it until it becomes available. After that, you'll be free to do whatever you like with it.
Taurine15
The Taurine15 iOS 16 jailbreak team is hard at work. The team has added a new feature called an amfid write/read task port. This port lets you perform any tweak you'd like on your device. This is useful for iOS 16.1.1 and earlier. This means that iOS 16.2 or higher will not work. However, iOS 16.1.1 and earlier will be supported by the Taurine15 iOS 16 jailbreak.
After you have successfully jailbroken your device with Taurine15, you can then iosjailbreak.pro/ install the Sileo system tweak. You must have a paid Apple developer account to access Sileo. Install the app on your device. Then, you can add the app to your phone's home screen. Follow the same steps as Taurine15 to install Sileo. You can also download the IPA from Cydia Impactor if you don't have an Apple developer account. After that you'll be able to open Cydia Impactor to unlock your phone.
Taurine's latest version is not compatible with iOS 14.4. It's not available on iOS
