Swimgym is a swim school recognised by Swimming New Zealand and the NZ Swim Coaches and Teachers Association as a GOLD Quality Swim School, and is an international member of the Australian Swim Schools Association and Swimming Australia. We pride ourselves in giving back to our community, which involves working with Pakuranga College to keep their pool up to date and have recently, with Howick Intermediate invested over $250,000 on the refurbishment of their tired old 1960’s swimming pool.
Swimming is a great way to stay fit and learn how to swim. However, some people have trouble getting started. They may not know how to swim or be too afraid to try. If you think you might be unable to swim well, try Adult swimming lessons first. It can be done anytime, and it doesn’t take long at all. Once you are comfortable in the water, you can try going by yourself.
