Newspapers and magazines play an important role in a democracy. Newspaper is the most powerful means of expressing public opinion. When there was not much emphasis on radio and television, people used to get information about the events happening in the country and abroad only by reading the news published in the newspapers.
Now radio and television are considered as the means of information of the government sector, so for neutral and accurate news, most people consider it more appropriate and authentic to read newspapers. Newspapers do not only publish news or information, but different pages and columns are fixed in it for different subjects.
The first page is for the most important news. Even in important, the most hot news is printed at the top of the front page. The remainder of the first page is printed elsewhere. The second page of the newspaper is not very important, classified ads are often printed in it.

Therefore, the owners and editors of newspapers and magazines should understand their responsibility and should always be alert for the natural progress of the society and print such news which are correct and coordinated.
