Vehicle-to-everything (V2X) Test Equipment has grown in popularity over the years due to its ability to save money on gas, improve traffic efficiency, and improve road safety
Vehicle-to-everything (V2X) is a form of communication technology, where vehicles can communicate with stationary or moving objects surrounding the vehicle, which helps to reduce traffic congestion, accidents, and helps in reducing pollution.

Vehicle-to-everything (V2X) is direct communication between a vehicle and any other entity which could affect, or could be directly affected by, that vehicle. It's a communication system that incorporates many more specific kinds of communication such as VDI (Vehicles Display Information), VDI II (Vehicles Diagnostic Information), Vehicle Tracking Information, Vehicle Information Management Systems, and Vehicle Command Signals. The Vehicle Information Management Systems (VIMS) will collect and store all information regarding a particular vehicle. They will then be transmitted to the necessary applications and control commands, such as GPS/RFID, vehicle diagnostics, OBD, Vehicle tracking, and much more.

As more automotive manufacturers utilize VDI in their production facilities, the test equipment market has expanded to include several different kinds of vehicle-to-everything (V2X) test equipment. In addition to the expanding automotive market for Vehicle-to-Everything solutions, the growing number of vehicles on the road also necessitates improved VDI capability. This is why many auto manufacturers are introducing new kinds of vehicle-to-everything test equipment solutions known as v2x technologies. Recently, in May 2021, Keysight Technologies Inc. collaborated with DEKRA, a German vehicle inspection company, to gain OmniAir recognition as an authorized test laboratory and test equipment provider for C-V2X device certification.
