What aroused your love of fitness and dance?

Ballet has been my universe since I was a child. I loved movement, technical challenge, achievement and grace. As a teenager, I trained up to eight hours a day and competed hard for a professional position. The wear and tear on my body was very noticeable when I suffered from torn ligaments, lumps, tendinitis and bone fractures. Your body is your instrument as a dancer and being injured is completely exhausting. I learned a lot from this free time, I worked with some of the best athletes and I discovered my passions outside the studio walls. I saw the importance of conditioning the body with exercises that were not on the ballet repertoire and I became very interested in the mechanics of the body through movement. It was then that my love of fitness really blossomed and I saw how I could combine two training systems and create a Ballet Blast.

How does the Naturally Sassy method differ from other types of training?

Unlike many fitness courses where you feel that you are squeezing and shortening your muscles to feel the effect, this method involves long-term work and visualization of your limbs to create long lines and train every muscle in your body. The exercises are a combination of movements that you may have done with ballet positions, which makes the movement more difficult and more dynamic. You train another group of muscles and lie down, no cramps.

What are the advantages of your cardio method over other cardio exercises?

The Ballet Blast emphasizes technology, balance and posture. Each exercise has low power, is controlled and correctly positioned to ensure complete results. I want you to be able to transform your body with this exercise and it all starts with making sure you are in the right position. Ballet uses a lot of balance, which is necessary to activate your heart; not everything comes from tummy tuck!

The main movements in this method, which is part of the FabFitFun video series, focus on four main areas: legs, buttocks, abdomen and hands. With each current, you strengthen yourself a little, build muscle tone and gain flexibility and mobility. Unlike many workouts, all movements are choreographic, so you can focus on length and train the maximum amount of muscle with each step.

What was the most rewarding part of helping people get in shape and lead a healthier lifestyle?

The exercises and the effects it can have go beyond the hour I spend with my clients and streamers. Exercise is associated with feelings of self-worth, guilt, clarity, fear and commitment. Being able to transform a client's thinking is a bigger goal for me than transforming his body. I know I can help everyone look solid, strong and healthy if they commit to a consistent routine - but to change how they feel their body can change
