Qualified Field Instructor Applicants will be asked to go on a week-long training/orientation trip. The orientation trip is viewed as an interview process where you will experience the program structure. It is also a time for the prospective field staff to “interview” the program. Participation in the orientation trip does not guarantee a position; however, we only select participants who meet our requirements, with high hopes that they will be hired. We hire new employees on the last day of Orientation.
