PROJECT STORY

Sterlite Power is commissioning three GIS substations and two bays to satisfy the increased power demand in Gurgaon and Palwal.

The ROW issues and timely approvals from power distribution utilities were established as potential challenges for the project. Building the infrastructure on the heavily forested land in the region would require clearances as well. During the execution phase, the creation of a fully automated gas insulated substation would also increase the complexity of the project.
