Today I’ve gathered all the members of The Nickley Group to tell you the story of how we came to be. It all started in a little 8-by-8 office. I recruited five agents who’d never helped someone buy or sell a home before. We were starting from scratch, but we had a big vision of what we wanted to do, and in our first year we sold over 100 homes worth almost $25 million. To this day, those five agents still make up our team’s foundation.
