Targeted cancer therapies are also restricted as molecularly targeted drugs/therapies. These therapies use precision drugs that identify and extinguish cancer cells in the body without affecting the regular cells. Most of the targeted therapies are dissimilar to standard practices like chemotherapy because they block the augmentation of tumors, whereas chemotherapies destroy cancer cells.
