SPA Eco-City Reviews Sarjapur Road Bangalore
I recently booked a plot at SPA Eco City located OffSarjapur road. My SPA Eco City review will have no complaints since booking aplot at SPA Eco City is one of my best investments. SPA Eco City, Sarjapur Roadis an excellent choice for people who want to have the option of individualplot and individual villa. At present I stay in central Bangalore and it canget very crowded at times. SPA Eco City has been designed with the concept of“Qualitative” living of “Me Time” experience. SPA Eco City, Bangalore is spreadover a 40 acre residential township located off Sarjapur road. It is a quietand serene environment. There are only limited 400 units villas and villa plotsin sizes of 1200 Sqft to 5400 Sqft at SPA Eco City.
Although located off Sarjapur road, I do not think there isany connectivity problem because Sarjapur road is one of the prime real estatecentres since there are many IT/ITES companies located here.
SPA Eco City is a good option for people in the IT sector.It is very conveniently located near prime centres such as upcoming Infosys campus, Azeem Premji University, Indus International School, only 30 minutes from upcoming Wipro campus on Sarjapur Road and 20 minutes’ drive from renownedhospitals like Narayana Hrudralaya, Columbia Asia & Sparsh. Sarjapur is getting its IT SEZ very soon asInfosys has already acquired 202 acres of land. Around the vicinity of SPA EcoCity, there are many civic amenities convenient for everyday living. There aremany reputed educational institutions, hospitals, shopping malls, banks, ATM’sand retail stores in the area. SPA Eco city also has a nice range of amenitieswhich is very suitable for families.
The future appreciation plot and villa value of SPA Eco Cityis very high. SPA Eco City is a DTCP approved plotted development project bySPA Group of Builders. Many important projects are happening in this area whichwill improve the infrastructure of Off Sarjapur road. Area around Off Sarjapurroad is a very rapidly developing area making SPA Eco City a good investmentchoice.
