How to do Marjariasana (cat posture) | superyogis
Marjarasana (Cat Posture) is very good for the spine. It helps to alleviate back pain. Superyogis say, at least practice 5 to 10 repetitions at a time to feel the difference. Do relax in shashnkasana in between rounds if it is required. If there is knee pain, should use some folded blankets/roll of towel under knees for extra cushion.
