Visit the official Cash App website and sign in using your login information.
Your Cash App account’s Account Balance will be displayed on the main page or dashboard.
This allows you to check the principal balance of your Cash Software Card without having to use your mobile phone’s Cash App app.

- Select Contact Support.
Make a contact request via the Cash App:
- Start the Cash App on your device.
- From the Cash App home screen, select the profile icon.
- Scroll down and select Cash Assistance.
- Select Something Else
- Navigate to your problem.
- Select Contact Support.
In either case, once connected with the Customer Support Team, simply ask them for your Cash Card balance.
They will request some account information for verification, and after validating some information related to your Cash App account, they will provide you with your current Cash Card balance.
Aside from the amount, you can request 24 months of transaction history for your Cash App account, as well as manually download the account statement from your Cash App account.
