Treatment For Cellulite
Cellulite is caused by the accumulation of fat under the skin. Some women are more susceptible to this effect than others. The amount of cellulite and its significance in each person depends on the person's age, genetics and body fat percentage. Poor diet, unhealthy lifestyle, weight gain, prolonged physical inactivity or pregnancy can all contribute to the development of cellulite. In addition, the thickness of the skin can also affect the appearance of cellulite.

Poor diet, unhealthy lifestyle, weight gain, prolonged physical inactivity or pregnancy can all contribute to the development of cellulite. In addition, the thickness of the skin can also affect the appearance of cellulite.

There is no way to completely eliminate cellulite. However, there are treatments that may reduce its appearance. With the advancement of technology, many beauty institutes have introduced cavitation machines which can help us to remove cellulite, lift and tighten the skin.

The distribution of fat is more pronounced in women than in men. Collagen fibers between the muscle and skin divide the fat into multiple parts. As we age, cellulite becomes more pronounced and our skin thins and loses elasticity.

There are multiple theories about the pathophysiology of cellulite and many different treatment options have been developed. In this short blog, I summarize the available treatments for cellulite removal. Studies have shown that the use of laser and radiofrequency(RF) improves cellulite and has a good safety profile.

Medical procedures to reduce cellulite:

You can choose the treatment that best suits your needs

1.Cryolipolysis

Cryolipolysis is a non-invasive procedure that removes cellulite by freezing the fat cells under the skin. This causes the fat cells to rupture and the contents of the cells to be absorbed by the body. However, cryolipolysis requires multiple treatments to dissolve about an inch of fat. It may take three to four months to see a significant reduction in cellulite results.

2.Carboxytherapy

During this treatment, professionals inject carbon dioxide underneath your skin. This increases blood flow to this area, which helps reduce the production of cellulite. However, you may experience discomfort and temporary bruising. It takes about 10 treatments to see visible results.

3.Microdermabrasion

This treatment uses aluminum oxide or salt crystals to exfoliate aging skin. These tiny particles help to gently exfoliate your aging skin and stimulate the production of new skin cells, leaving your skin smooth and firm.

4.Ultrasound

Ultrasound is a non-surgical, painless and non-invasive treatment that has recently become very popular with people who love aesthetics, and it uses ultrasound to target and eliminate cellulite from various parts of the body. The result takes two to three months. It uses very little expense compared to other treatments, but achieves the best results that people want. It is recommended that you combine ultrasound with another cellulite treatment to achieve better results. You can also use ultrasound to measure the effectiveness of other cellulite treatments.

5.Laser and Radiofrequency Treatments

There are already many aesthetic machines for laser and radiofrequency treatments that use tissue massage combined with radiofrequency technology, infrared light and diode laser energy to remove cellulite. Heat and suction can also be used. Improvements can be seen after a series of treatments and can last for six months or longer.

In addition to these treatments, we can also improve cellulite by making changes to our lifestyles.

1. A healthy diet is important, and different diets can affect the production of cellulite. A healthy diet can also help us maintain a healthy weight and body shape. We need to reduce our intake of processed foods and foods high in sugar that can lead to fat accumulation. We should increase our intake of vitamins and fiber.

2. Pay attention to increasing the amount of water you drink. Lack of water in the body can make cellulite more visible, and water intake can remove toxins from cellulite.

3. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. We can try to reduce or eliminate toxins from the body through a healthy diet and lifestyle.
